That Mayor Bill Gillespie, Jr. is hereby authorized to file an application for a 40 loan to be made by the Alabama Water Pollution Control Authority on behalf of 41 the City of Prattville. 42 43 2. That Mayor Bill Gillespie, Jr. is hereby designated as the Authorized 44 Representative of the City of Prattville and is authorized to file all necessary 45 documents required by the Alabama Department of Environmental Management 46 (ADEM) in connection with this application. 47 48 3. That certified copies of the Resolution will be included as a part of the 49 application to be submitted to the Department. 50 51 4.
