PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES
OCTOBER 15, 2020
6:20 P.M.
The Prattville City Council held a public hearing on Thursday October 15, 2020, at 6:20 p.m. in
the Council Chambers at City Hall. The meeting was called to order by Council President
Striplin and all councilors were recording as being present.
This public hearing was held to discuss the sanitation fee increase proposed at the Work
Session on October 15, 2020.
Jon Lee Finnigan, 211 Deer Trace, requested additional information regarding the need for a
sanitation fee increase. Public Works Director Dale Gandy addressed Ms. Finnegan’s
comments.
Felius Robinson, 595 Upper Kingston Road, spoke in opposition to a fee increase. Mr. Gandy
addressed Mr. Robinson’s comments.
Mr. Gandy invited anyone with further questions to come by his office for discussion.
ADJOURN:
There being no further discussion, the public hearing adjourned at 6:47p.m.
