The Prattville City Council met in a special called meeting on Thursday, November 19, 2020,
at 4:31 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Council President Starnes called roll and
Councilor Striplin and Councilor Strichik were recorded as being absent.
AGENDA
1. RESOLUTION: To Name Lisa Byrd as the Interim City Clerk of the City of Prattville.

Councilor Boone made a motion to adopt the resolution and Councilor Jackson seconded the
motion. There being no discussion, the resolution was adopted with the following results:

ADJOURN:
There being no further business to come before the council, Councilor Jackson made a motion
to adjourn and Councilor Boone seconded the motion. The meeting adjourned (5-0) at 4:33
p.m.
