PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES
TUESDAY, JANUARY 5, 2021
6:00 P.M.
CALL TO ORDER: The Prattville City Council met in public hearing on Tuesday, January 5,
2021 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Council President Starnes called the
meeting to order. Roll was called and Councilor Jackson was absent.
1. RESOLUTION: To Authorize the Mayor to have Various Weeded Lots Abated per Title 11,
Chapter 67 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, as Amended. (Sponsored By: Councilor Starnes)
2. ORDINANCE: To Rezone 228 Lewis Street from R-3 (Single Family Residential) to T-2
(Mobile Home Park); (Owner: Minnie Pearl Brown; Petitioner: Linda Rosschild). (Sponsored
By: Councilor Jackson)
There was no one present to speak in favor of or in opposition to the resolutions.

There being no further comments, Council President Starnes closed the Public Hearing at 6:01
p.m.
