HELD OVER FROM APRIL 6, 2021 RESOLUTION [To Grant a Restaurant Retail Liquor License to Logan’s Roadhouse II, LLC d/b/a Logan’s Roadhouse 472.]
{Sponsored By: Council President Starnes} WHEREAS, Logan’s Roadhouse II, LLC d/b/a Logan’s Roadhouse 472 has applied for
a Restaurant Retail Liquor License for a business that is located at 2775 Legends Parkway, Prattville, Alabama 36066, which is a restaurant; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was set by Resolution Book 2021, Page 057, and held
May 4, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. and that at such time and place all persons who desired had an opportunity to be heard in favor of or in opposition to such Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Prattville hereby approves the issuance of a Restaurant Retail Liquor License for the business located at 2775 Legends Parkway, Prattville, Alabama 36066 to Logan’s Roadhouse II, LLC d/b/a
Logan’s Roadhouse 472. ADOPTED THIS 4TH DAY OF MAY, 2021.

Liquor License for a business to be located at 1717 South Memorial Drive, Prattville, Alabama 36067, which will be a restaurant; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was set by Resolution Book 2021, Page 056, and
held May 4, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. and that at such time and place all persons who desired had an opportunity to be heard in favor of or in opposition to such Resolution.
