PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES TUESDAY, MAY 4, 2021 6:01 P.M. CALL TO ORDER: The Prattville City Council met in public hearing on Tuesday, May 4, 2021
at 6:01 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Council President Starnes called the meeting
to order. Roll was called and all councilors were present. 1. To Grant a Restaurant Retail Liquor License to Logan’s Roadhouse II, LLC d/b/a Logan’s Roadhouse 472. (Sponsored By: Council President Starnes)
There was no one present to speak in opposition to the resolution. 2. To Grant a Restaurant Retail Liquor License to Café 1717, Inc. d/b/a Café 1717. (Sponsored By: Council President Starnes)
Cindy Cannady, 519 Wetumpka Street, spoke in favor of this restaurant, stating she reviewed the menu and felt it was a good addition to the community. Jon Lee Finnegan, 211 Deer Trace, spoke in opposition to this resolution stating the restaurant
appears to be more of a bar atmosphere and this location is located along a dangerous area of the roadway. ADJOURN:
