PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 16, 2021
6:00 P.M.
CALL TO ORDER: The Prattville City Council met in Public Hearing on Tuesday, November
16, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Council President Starnes called
the meeting to order. Roll was called with all Councilors present with the exception of Councilor
Gornto. Council President Starnes advised that Councilor Gornto was out-of-town and would
not be present for the meeting tonight.
1. RESOLUTION: To Authorize the Mayor to have Various Weeded Lots Abated per Title 11,
Chapter 67 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, as Amended. (Sponsored By: Council President
Starnes)
There was no one present to speak in favor or in opposition to the resolution.
ADJOURN:
There being no further comments, Council President Starnes closed the Public Hearing at 6:00
p.m.
