All submissions must be on sheets no larger than 24”x36” and accompanied by appropriate application. Plans
must be fully compliant with the Prattville Subdivision Regulations and Public Works Manual.
Construction plans shall be prepared by an Alabama licensed professional engineer and shall include plans and
profiles of all proposed infrastructure, including streets, sanitary sewer lines and facilities, stormwater structures,
water lines, and fire hydrants. Construction plans shall reflect the approved Preliminary Plat and shall include
sufficient data and calculations to allow verification of conformity to the requirements and specifications in the
Subdivision Regulations and the Prattville Public Works Manual. Include a copy of the approved Preliminary Plat
as a page or pages in the submitted Construction Plans.
All plats and construction plans must fully comply with the Subdivision Regulations, Public Works Manual, and
other applicable codes and regulations, unless an item is explicitly waived. Failure to indicate a required item on
plats or plans or incorrectly indicating a required item is not implicit permission not to comply.
