RESOLUTION
[To Grant a Lounge Retail Liquor Class I License for The Blue Iguana, Inc. d/b/a Blue
Iguana.]

WHEREAS, The Blue Iguana, Inc. d/b/a Blue Iguana has applied for a Lounge Retail
Liquor — Class I License for a business located at 1714 A East Main Street, Prattville, Alabama
36066, which is a lounge; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was set by Resolution Book 2022-B, Page 229, and held
at 6:00 p.m. on December 20, 2022, and that at such time and place all persons who desired
had an opportunity to be heard in favor of or in opposition to such resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Prattville
hereby approves the issuance of a Lounge Retail Liquor — Class I License to The Blue Iguana,
Inc. d/b/a Blue Iguana, for the business located at 1714 A East Main Street, Prattville, Alabama
36066.
