an Alabama licensed civil engineer.

• Sign placement and dimensions are governed by the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prattville.
• Sign structure and materials shall comply with the currently adopted International Building Code and related codes.
• Electrical components and their installation shall meet the requirements of the currently adopted National Electrical
Code.
Prattville permits are issued subject to compliance with all requirements of the adopted building codes, zoning ordinance, and
all other pertinent laws, ordinances, and regulations of the City of Prattville. The issuance of a permit does not presume to
give authority to violate or cancel the provisions of any state or local law regulating construction or the performance of the
construction. Permits shall be kept at job location of work and available when requested by City inspectors.
I have read the above statements and warrant in good faith that I understand and will comply, that my application is complete,
and that the information submitted is true and correct. By signing this application, I indemnify and hold the City of Prattville
harmless for any damages or expenses because of my sign and related structure. I authorize representatives of the City of
Prattville to enter upon the above-mentioned property for inspection purposes.
